Kosiski’s Night Ends Early at Hamilton County

Andrew Kosiski’s weekend struggles continued Saturday at the Hamilton County Speedway in Webster City, Iowa. Entering the night as the Malvern Bank Super Late Model Series points leader, Kosiski finished 21st in the main event. (CK Imaging photo)

Qualifying time trials seen AK put down a lap of 19.951 seconds which was third fastest in group A. Starting inside of row three in the eight lap heat race, Andrew advanced one spot to finish 4th, which put him starting 4th in the main event.

With the track being one lane dominate on the bottom the field was searching to get low. On the second circuit Kosiski was sent into the spin cycle in turns three and four. The field avoided contact but Andrew called it a night retiring to the pit area.
